I have neck problems and so, like many people, have used a great many different pillows. But for any pillow to work night after night, it needs to be adjustable. By that, I mean the user needs control over the thickness and firmness. The Sleepmatterzzz pillows offer that flexibility and it is worth paying for. This particular model has the adjustable air bladder sandwiched between heavy memory foam layers. The foam is great, but it does reduce the adjustability factor of the air bladder. Sometimes, the firmness and thickness are hard to adjust because the foam hides what is happening inside until after you have been laying on it for a while. So, it takes more getting used to than the other Sleepmatterzzz pillows (I have used one of each type). But if you have neck problems, you owe it to your own sanity to buy one of these and give it a try. Play with the air bladder and I think you will find that you can get things the way you need.
