I received this monitor as part if a free promotion in Jan 2013.. Didn't realize it was $800 so I guess I scored! I had been TTC for about 6 months with no luck. I'm reproductively old - 41. I really didn't understand anything about pinpointing ovulation. So I was pretty pleased when my Doc handed me Duo Fertility. The device told me when to do the baby dance and I followed their advice for 5 months. They have online and phone support - which honestly I never thought I'd use. But I asked them about cervical mucus one time and got such an amazing explanation that I started interacting with the support ladies quite a bit while I was trying. The monitor shows a green area indicating that the time is right. My hubby and I missed our window twice because he was traveling. So out of to 5 months of using the product we managed to get our timing right 3 times. And we hit the jackpot - expecting a Christmas baby! The monitor was not a problem to wear at all - it just sticks on and stays in place for about 2 days. I'd definitely recommend this product.
