Our spa dealer recommended Aquafinesse to us. We've been extremely pleased with the product. Once the total alkalinity is correct (easy with our city water), the Aquafinesse is easy to use. As advertised, there is no chlorine or bromine odor, and the water feels very soft. You do need to add a small bit every week; if you are a day or two late, the spa water has a "gamey" odor, but it disappears after putting the small weekly shot back in.
