Having had TENS units in the past, I knew they worked, so looked forward to receiving this one after my electrodes were no longer being made for the last one. This one works fine although I pretty much had to figure that out on my own. I like that it's rechargeable. I don't like that it has only one electrode, meaning two patches only. That's kind of limiting. Also, the instruction book does not appear to have been written in English originally and seems to have lost something in translation. The seller offered to answer my questions but didn't understand what I was asking. A cultural differnece. But I would recommend buying a different TENS unit, one that clearly has two electrodes enabling the use of four patches. I think it depends on what you are looking for.
