This is the best double edge safety razor on the market. Solid, heavy, adjustable and capable of baby-smooth shaving, you'll really feel what a close, single-edged shave feels like.

The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is that, as it gets older, you periodically need to soak it in a solution of vinegar & water to dissolve soap & hair solids that get inside the razor and keep it from closing as tightly as it should.

If you're willing to do that, you'll be treated to a lifetime of close, comfortable shaves and your only waste from this razor will be from the blades.
