I was very excited to purchase an Almeda multi-alarm watch for my husband for Father's Day. Shipping was timely. Unfortunately, the watch was a disappointment. One of the set knobs did not work properly; it activated the input interface only sporadically. After several hours of trying unsuccessfully to set the alarms, I gave up and returned the watch. Almeda insists the watch was not defective, suggesting we just didn't know how to operate the set knobs. Not only did I carefully and thoroughly read the instructions, but I'm a mechanical engineer. Almeda returned the watch to their inventory, which suggests to me that another customer will receive a defective watch. They refuse to reimburse return shipping; I will not purchase another product from Almeda.
