I've owned a wheelchair Roho cushion for many years and loved it. The mattress was easily assembled Two nights of sleeping on it I was sold. I usually wake several times a night with stinging pain on whatever part of my hip or buttocks has been laying on the mattress reminding me to move along with areas on my feet. This has not happened since the Roho. This is well worth the cost speaking as one who has suffered decub. ulcers to the bone on my coccyx and my ankles and heels.
