I ordered the most expensive test and when the results came in they showed I was Hispanic/American Indian. I did their online chat, called them and emailed them and told them that this was impossible. My mother is 1/2 Scottish and Swedish and my father is English. They insisted that the results were correct and there couldn't be a problem. They offered to retest me at a cost of $100. I said this wasn't adequate because why should I pay for a new test when the original test was completely inaccurate. I ordered a test from ancestry.com. When I got the results it showed I was 75% British Isles, 10% Eastern European, 9% Scandinavian and 6% Southern European - no Hispanic or American Indian. I emailed DNA Spectrum and have not heard from them. I did the online chat and she said she'd forward the information on. I am extremely disappointed in how they handled by requests and I'm out over $250 for completely wrong results.
