Silk'n SensEpil Pack Lamp Cartridges for Hair Removal (4 Pack) Review

These cartridges are not for the original Silk'n machine as advertised and pictured. The photo is of the original Silk'n cartridges, not the SensEpil. Either the product is misadvertised or the wrong cartridges were sent, as I recieived the Silk'n SensEpil cartridges, which is not the description or photo. Icing on the cake, I have to pay for returning the wrong product that was sent.

I hadn't paid attention to the vendor, however, I've had a prior non-Amazon experience with this vendor before and it was not a good experience then either. Maybe just a fluke, but I'll skip the vendor in the future.

**UPDATE: If you ever have to return merchandise to this vendor (aka MakeMeHeal) ALWAYS use delivery confirmation. After waiting for 2 weeks after they recieved my return, I had to go through Amazon's guarantee A-Z to get my refund processed. The vendor tried to say they never got my return. Thankfully, I used delivery confirmation and I'm thankful for Amazon's outstanding customer service! It's only because of Amazon that I got my refund.
